Document Scan Request

This form is to request a scan of a chapter or article that IS owned by Cairn University, but is not in our digital collection.  Please realize we must keep in line with fair use and cannot scan a large portion of any book.

Reason for Scan Request
The library reserves the right to ask for a proof a purchase before providing scans.
Please do not ask for the entire book to be scanned. The library staff can scan the reading needed for your current assignments, only.
